The Dr. SW Signature G Cell™ Hair Restoration Protocol works by combining advanced regenerative medicine with your body’s own natural healing mechanisms. The procedure begins by harvesting a small amount of adipose (fat) tissue from the abdomen or flanks using a minimally invasive technique. Adipose tissue has been specifically selected because it contains one of the body’s richest natural sources of regenerative cells, together with growth factors, extracellular matrix components and biological signalling molecules involved in tissue repair and regeneration.
The harvested tissue is then processed using the G Cell™ System, producing a highly concentrated regenerative cell preparation. This preparation undergoes a proprietary photoactivation process, designed to optimise the biological activity of the regenerative cells before they are implanted into the scalp.
Once injected into areas affected by hair thinning, these regenerative cells help improve the scalp microenvironment by supporting tissue repair, encouraging angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), modulating inflammation and enhancing communication between weakened hair follicles and the surrounding tissues. Rather than simply stimulating temporary hair growth, the treatment aims to create healthier conditions for stronger, thicker and more resilient hair.
If the treatment is being performed in combination with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, then a blood sample will also be taken from your arm which can then be processed in a centrifuge to separate the blood elements. This extracts the gold plasma liquid which contains various growth factors.
